Pizza Balls and LG Do March Right

If you are a peeping tom and peek into our living room window at any time of the night, chances are some kind of sport will be on the flat screen. And if it's not a game, it's Sports Center. William is obsessed. I mean I try to tune the announcers out for the most part. Or just go to the bedroom and watch one of the Kardashian shows. Which are much better in my opinion. ::side eye::

And because of the baller that I am, LG has asked me to participate in their Do March Right Challenge. And you should go vote for the recipe I submitted by going HERE. My recipe is the "Basketball Pizza Rolls" by Jade B. And you should vote because there might be a slight chance for me to win a trip to some basketball tournament, called the Final Four or something, that William would pee himself if he got to go. So, I'm basically doing this for him. Not because I love basketball or anything.

There are a lot of other yummy recipes that other people have submitted. But don't vote for any of theirs because you readers of mine have to be loyal to me. And if you don't even feel like doing me any favor favs by voting, I'll do you one. Here's the recipe I submitted. Pizza Balls. But I named them Basketball Pizza Rolls in the contest. I mean, for obvious reasons.

Pizza Balls
|| ingredients ||
3 cans Buttermilk Biscuits
1 bag of Pepperoni Slices
Block of Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese (or cheese of choice)
1 beaten Egg
Parmesan Cheese
Italian seasoning
Garlic Powder
Pizza Sauce
or Tomato Sauce for dipping

- Flatten biscuits.

- Cut cheese into square pieces. Place one pepperoni on flattened biscuit. Place a cheese square on top of pepperoni. Then place another pepperoni on top of cheese.

- Gather sides of biscuit up to create a ball. Repeat until all biscuits are done.

- Line the rolls (seam side down) in a greased 9×13" pan. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

- Bake at 425°F for 18-20 minutes.

This game-time recipe has been submitted for The LG Do March Right Tip-Off Challenge.
