Manu Atelier Doll Giveaway [OVER]
This giveaway is over! Congrats Rachel T.!! You have won a gorgeous Manu Atelier doll for your very own, err, for your child! I will be contacting you soon! A big thanks to everyone who entered this great giveaway!
My child is a lover of make-believe. From trying to hitch a ride to Purple Planet to being a legit princess on the regular, her imagination is always on point. Most of the time I'm envious that my mind doesn't work like hers anymore. I'm constantly lacking in the play department. I'm running low on my question asking. And I'm ever so slowly losing my ability to make-believe. It's like the Polar Express, where the grownups can't hear the bell.
I can't hear the bell.
So, when Manu Atelier sent Adrienne the most perfect, hand-made rag doll ever, I got all reminiscent of my childhood. My grandmother had made me a doll similar to the Manu's ones when I was Adrienne's age.
Gosh, I carried my doll with me on so many adventures. I had all the make-believe power in the world.
I held the heavy Manu doll in my hands, thinking how much creativity I was missing. So, I grabbed Adrienne and we went into her bedroom and played dolls for a good hour. Much longer than we have ever played one thing consistently. I think it had to do with the simplicity of this rag doll. There were no buttons to push to make her talk, no eyes that opened and closed, no hair to brush.
But this rag doll had so much more.
Adrienne and "Anne-weesa" will have many adventures together. Make-believe and all.
For your chance to win, just log into the Rafflecopter below (or make a new Rafflecopter account), and follow the directions for each entry. Please make sure to actually do what's required for each entry. If you just click enter and not do what it's asking, I'll know. If you are unsure how to do one, skip it and contact me. I can't stress this enough. I go back and check to make sure the winner actually did what was required. I will not let cheaters win. DON'T CHEAT. Meh.
And don't forget to earn extra entries by tagging your frands on the picture of this giveaway on Coffee and Cashmere's Instagram account (@coffeeandcashmerelove). Tag as many frands as you want in separate comments! The more the merrier!
This giveaway will end on August 10th, 2013! One winner will be picked at random and will receive a handmade Manu doll. The winner will be announced on coffeeandcashmere.com and will also be notified via email. The winner will have ONE week to respond to the email and claim their prize. If the winner never responds, a second winner will be picked at random.
Thank you Manu for making life-long friends and catering to small beings with huge imaginations.

I am always down to do these. When I host a giveaway, I request samples be sent to me so I can take my own pictures. Another sample is needed for the actual giveaway. I will review the product, with my own pictures, and then promote that giveaway on two Facebook accounts, Twitter, Pinterest, Bloglovin', Instagram, etc. all throughout the duration of the giveaway.
Pretty much same goes for reviews, except no giveaway. The samples need to be sent to me, then I take my own pics, write a blog review, and promote on all my social media platforms. I will be brutally honest in the reviews, and I don't just review anything. If I don't think your product is right for my blog, my readers, or me, I'll have to turn you down. Ever so gently, though.
ThredUP's Day Three Look
Another day, another dollar. Or in my case, another amazing outfit courtesy of ThredUP, an online consignment store. They sent me the most fabulous H&M black top that was new without tags. Hey-oh. And ThredUP's amazing price for this shirt? $6.49. They also sent me a pair of Forever21 jeans that I LOVE. The jean's price tag was only $6.99. They also fit perfectly, which is cray. I never order jeans, because I'm pretty petite with short legs. Most of my jeans need to be tailored at the ends. But these guys? They fit like skinny-legged jean dreamboats.
I also added my coral J.Crew cardigan, Barr + Barr blue leather handbag (both of which I couldn't find photos of on the internet for the life of me), Givenchy gladiator jelly sandals, and a Geneva white wrap watch to complete the look.
Read about ThredUP and see my first look HERE and second look HERE.

ThredUP's Day Two Look
Today is a new day and a new look thanks to ThredUP. This awesome online resale company sent me a practically new Forever 21 dress to style. The price of the dress? $6.99. I paired it with my Topshop leggings and a pair of white Miu Miu wooden wedges.
ThredUP's Day One Look
Hey lovelies! I hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend filled with lots of glittered ish. We did. We even found a vintage RCA record player at Greatwill. Like one of those big cabinet things that your parents had in the 80's (where everything was Hall & Oates and nothing hurt).
That said, thrift-shopping owns muh face. I love the thrill of never knowing what a store has. Sometimes you find complete treasures. Other times you come out empty-handed and needing to be slathered in Germ-X. That's where ThredUP, an online consignment store, comes into play.
ThredUP buys clothes that take up valuable space in your closet. Then they resale them at amazing prices. They have so many designers and even have children's clothes. Like baby Zara. I die.
So when ThredUP contacted me about picking out a week's worth of clothes, I was all like, let me pull up a chair, raise my eyebrow, and think about that one for a hawt minute. Um. Yes. I'm game.
I literally spent five hours on their website going through not even half of their clothes. And thank sweet baby Jesus that I didn't have to go through the kid's clothes. I'd probably still be going through everything three months later.
So, this week, I'm going to be doing things a little differently. Each day I'm going to "model" a different item I received from ThredUP. Good luck to everyone involved.
Spoiler alert: I'm a blogger, not a model. I love being behind the camera. I like that feeling of being in control. I get super awkward being the subject. And then I have no idea how to work my camera on the whole self-timer mode. And how to pose. I just hit the self-timer button and press my luck. That's basically my strategy. Perhaps you have a different method. And that's okay.
Day one: I received a Nick and Mo peasant style dress from ThredUP. The price? $17.49. I paired it with my Minnetonka suede back zippered moccasins and Ray Ban Wayfarers. I also added a little thrifted belt.
And I have no idea why I'm looking at the sun in most of the photos. It's obviously my go-to pose. Bam.

Mamas & Papas Giveaway [Over]
This giveaway is now over. The winner is Claire M.!! She has won the beautiful Gingerbread blanket from Mamas & Papas! Thanks to all you others who entered this great giveaway!
In our home, we I have an obsession with blankets, pillows, and lamps. William says I have a problem. I'd like to think of it more as a solution. If anyone needs extra comfort, I've got their back.
My love of blankets has even trickled down to my child. The kid adores them. She takes her trusty "Pink Banket" everywhere with her. It's more like a friend than a blanket, though.
That said, Mamas & Papas, an amazing children's company, sent Adrienne a gorgeous knitted blanket to snuggle up in. It's so soft and cozy. And the bright, knitted stripes make this blanket an eye catcher. Plus, it matches basically any color scheme. Win slash win.
Adrienne also loves a good picnic. This guy has become her new go-to blanket to play with. She spreads it out on the floor, picks her favorite buddies to join, and serves them a well-balanced meal of wooden foods. Ba da ba ba ba, I'm lovin' it.
I just can't say enough great things about this great company! Mamas & Papas also has the best nursery accessories and the absolute cutest baby clothes ever. I just wish I could squish Adrienne back down to her 12 month self. Here's to wishful thinking.
I'm super excited about my giveaway this week. Mamas & Papas teamed up with me to offer one lucky reader that same knitted gingerbread blanket!
