Giveaway Time!! CLOSED

Okay guys. Ready for another awesome giveaway? Yeah. Yeah you are. I've teamed up with Trident to give away a year's supply of gum to one lucky Coffee and Cashmere reader. That's a year's worth of good breath. Can't go wrong there.

Also, I can't not talk about this- Trident launched an all new campaign called "See What Unfolds," which is totes spontaneous and unexpected collabs of different artists. Such as DJ Steve Aoki and, wait for it.. none other than Duran Duran. Holy moth balls. I wanted to name Adrienne "Rio" after their song. Her daddy must not be as big of a Duran Duran fan as I was, because it didn't fly.

I'm still an 8o's girl with tape decks full of the good good ish. So, just get up off me. Milli Vanilli? Oh yes. Those two guys were the best lip sync-ers of all time, and I've been committed to them since. Everything was neon back in those days and not one single thing hurt.

So anyways, back to Duran Duran and Steve Aoki's remix. Watch that here.

Content and/or other value provided by our partner, Trident.

Lovett. Some of my favorite collabs of all time are Jay-Z and Alicia Keys, "Empire State of Mind," Queen and David Bowie, "Under Pressure," and Chromeo and Daryl Hall, "I Can't Go for That." Musical geniuses right there, folks.

Back to the giveaway! For your chance to win, just log into the Rafflecopter below (or make a new Rafflecopter account), and follow the directions for each entry. Please make sure to actually do what's required for each entry. If you just click enter and not do what it's saying, I'll know. If you are unsure how to do one, skip it and let me know. DON'T CHEAT. CLOSED

The giveaway ends Tuesday, September 4, 2o12. One winner will receive a year's supply of gum from Trident. I want to thank Trident for their awesomeness and chewy goodness. Also big thanks to everyone who supports live music. And a big thanks to YOU for reading this blog. CLOSED

Bubbles and Stuffs

When it comes to bath time, my kiddo never opposes. I run her water and pour in her bubbles. I help the princess in the tub and she demands, "Let me pway a minute MOM!" Okay. Sheesh. Oh, and who the heck is this Mom person? Cause I sure don't know.

She also thinks she's a princess fairy on the reg. She wears the wings, the crown, holds her wand, yelling about "magic, magic, magic, Christmas." I don't know. She is two.

Anyhoo, last week, this amazing company, Buy Provence, sent Adrienne a bath set to try out. The bottles have a pink fairy princess on the front. So, natch, she freaked her freak. We received the Princess Moisturizer, the Princess Body Wash, some Organic Moisturizing Face Creme, and the Organic Dermo Cleasning Hair & Body Wash all from Alpanova.

Buy Provence carries Alpanova products that are made in Provence, France. I love that all their products are organic and eco-friendly. They are also all Hypoallergenic, Paraben free, and Coloring Agent free. All natural is the way to go.

My child loved the bubbles that the Princess Body Wash made. I loved how gentle the body wash was. But Adrienne ended up hearting the lotion the best. She has started sneaking my lotion here and there, so she thinks she's a big girl now with her own bottle of the stuff. The princess lotion even has organic strawberry extracts. It has a very light fruity scent, which isn't overpowering. It's perfect for a little girl of royalty.

All items c/o of Buy Provence. A big thanks to those guys for pampering my little princess.

I also have a gorgeous necklace up for grabs! Go here to enter for your chance to win some neck candy from Cristal Jewels.

Bacon Cups FTW

Is it already Friday? What the what? Where did this past week go? I don't know either. I'm about to get some shopping done with my tiny partner in crime. I get to go baby browsing for one of my good frand's baby shower on Sunday! Oh. All the itty bitty sized clothing! I love picking out baby gifts. It brings me back to the months before Adrienne was born. Hold on. Let me check my temp...

Okay, I don't have baby fever. No signs of it as of yet. Phew

Switching gears to something that I am craving again, bacon cups. These things are pretty much a party in your mouth parts. Straight legit. They're the perfect go to breakfast dish for company. They're easy to whip up, but look like you slaved for a while making these fancy bacon delicacies. Win/win

Bacon and Egg Cups
|| ingredients ||

1 slice of Bread (per muffin cup)
2 slices of Bacon (per muffin cup)
1 Egg (per muffin cup)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a muffin tin.

- Use a biscuit/cookie cutter to cut circles out of each piece of bread. Place bread circles into bottom of each muffin cup. Put those in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes. You want the bread to be toasty. Remove from the oven.

- Cook bacon in a skillet until halfway cooked. Place 2 slices of bacon in each cup, as the bacon should be the walls. I, on the other hand, only used one piece of bacon per cup. I was running low on the stuff.

- I scrambled up an egg for each cup, and then poured it over the bread in the cups. You could also just crack the eggs straight into each muffin cup, too.

- Sprinkle tops with cheese, salt, and pepper. Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes or until the eggs are set. Remove with forks and serve!

Shout out to the Pampered Chef for always helping me in my kitchen. I used their Muffin Stoneware Pan and their Biscuit Cutters.

I also have a gorgeous necklace up for grabs! Go here to enter for your chance to win some neck candy from Cristal Jewels.
