Truffle Fries

Stopping in real quick on this beautiful Saturday afternoon. I don't even want to stay inside for too long. It's like the nature nymphs, or what have you, knew I needed this gorgeous weather that's beaming down rays of warm sunlight. Fist pumps and high fives all around this mother. Because YES.

I know we aren't going to be having too many of these kinds of days left. So let me give you guys a super easy recipe fast like. This dish is one that I don't use measurements. I just taste test. Oh, and my camera died before I could take a picture of the finished product. I wasn't about to wait around to charge my camera before eating these bad boys.


Truffle Fries
|| ingredients ||
Potatoes
Black Truffle Oil
Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Black Pepper
Sea Salt
Parsley

- Heat oil to med-high in a frying pan. Cut potatoes into fries.

- Fry fries until golden brown. Place on a paper towel and blot off the oil.

- Put fries in a large bowl. Sprinkle a generous amount of truffle oil, Parmesan cheese, fresh black pepper, salt, and parsley over the fries. Stir and serve immediately.
