Gimmie S'more

Another gloomy day in the neighborhood. Meh. What's the perfect thing to do on days like this? Bake cookies. My absolute favorite blog to drool over is Dear Lillie. I saw a recipe for super easy s'more cookies on there and knew we had to give them a whirl. They came out yummers. Get your mouthparts ready guys.

Toll House Cookie Dough

Marshmallows (medium sized)

Chocolate Chips

- Bake cookies according to the directions. I always use my Pampered Chef Pizza Stone. It just knows how to treat a cookie.

- Cut marshmallows in half. When the cookies are almost done, take out and put the marshmallow halves on top. Return to the oven for about two minutes. Melt chocolate in the microwave. 

- Take the cookies out, and smoosh the marshmallows down with a spoon. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the tops. Fin.
