Hot Dog, That's Tasty

I have never been an avid hot dog eater. I am not much on buns, either. It's a lose, lose situation for me at cookouts. William, on the other hand, could eat hot dogs every day for the rest of his life. I'm serious. He has a problem.

Anyprocessedfoodiswhack, when I was looking for new recipes to try out, I found this: chili dog casserole. I decided to gave it a try. William ate two helpings, Adrienne got it all over her little face, and I actually enjoyed it. Not many ingredients and super easy to prepare. Stuffs I likes. Here are the deets...

|| ingredients ||
2 (15 oz) cans Chili with Beans (I used Hormel Hot & Spicy)
1 (16 oz) package Hot Dogs
10 (8 inch) Flour Tortillas (fajita sized ones)
1 (8 oz) package Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

- Spread one of the cans of chili and beans in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. I sprinkled garlic salt on the tortillas, then rolled up the hot dogs inside of the tortillas. Place in the baking dish on top of the chili, seam side down. Pour the second can of chili over tortillas, and then cover with cheese.

- Cover baking dish with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. I ate mine with Sriracha hot sauce. Because spicy is my jam.
