Don't Bust My Balls

Today was hectic. Hectic is usually my norm. I can't even. I'm exhausted. It was sleeting earlier, which hindered my grocery shopping. I was trying to get mentally prepared to go out in the weather, plus brave the Valentine's procrastinators. When I mustered enough courage, I headed out into the unknown. Luckily, I was by myself. No two year old to lasso. 

The store was over crowded; it didn't disappoint. I got everything my list told me to, and some extra. As I walked up to the lines upon lines of people waiting to be checked out, I cringed. I hated all these people and myself equally. I prolly dropped a few words I can't mention on here. I'm sure they started with S, F's, and mos def some MF'ers. It was that bad. But, I made it out alive. That's all that really matters.

Switching gears, I just got done making these mighty tasty Valentine's treats for our neighbors and frands. These Oreo Balls, let me tell you. So extremely rich and decadent. But, enough about me. Get ready for Yummy Yummerson. 

Oreo Balls (creative)

|| ingredients ||

1 (16oz) package Oreos

1 (8oz) package Cream Cheese

2 (8oz) packages White Chocolate Chips (or reg choc chips)

- Finely crush the whole package of Oreos. Add in the package of cream cheese. Mix those two ingredients together (I used my hands) until well blended. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on waxed paper and pop into the fridge.

- Melt chocolate according to directions on the back of the bag. Dip into the melted chocolate to cover. Place back on the wax paper to dry. EASY. Store balls in a covered container in the fridge!! Yum.

-UPDATE: I drizzled the white chocolate over the balls instead of dipping. SO. MUCH. BETTER.
