Sammie Sosas

This week has been basically dedicated to spring cleaning. I need to take a break. I also need a substantial amount of wine. Either, or. Preferably or.

Anymysinusesarestilloutofwack, one of my best frands from childhood's mom always made the best pimento and cheese sandwiches. I remember going over there in elementary and having these bad boys for after school snacks. Yum. I recently got the recipe, and of course, tweaked it. Oh, and potato bread, I seriously don't know how to quit you.

Pimento & Cheese
Adapted from Mrs. Suzie's recipe

|| ingredients ||
1 bag Sharpe Cheddar Cheese
1 small jar Pimentos
1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
Onion juice (a tiny bit of onions super chopped up, cause I had no idea)
Worcestershire Sauce
Garlic, Pepper, Red Pepper

- Mix all ingredients together. This again is a recipe where I don't go by measurements. I go by taste. You may need to add a little less of the mayo and yogurt. Personal preference. It keeps for a few days, but usually doesn't last that long..
